I have always felt that my smile is very ugly. I have always wanted a wide and broad smile which looks extremely pretty. I have been using temporary braces for the past 3 years now. I wanted to know if there are options with the help of which I can make my smile extremely pretty and wide and how muvh of cosmetic surgery will be involved? Will I have to enhance my lips as well ?

In my opinion, and based off the one photo you posted, you DO have a wide smile already you just have small teeth.  Veneers can fill in the smile and brighten the smile.  you should consider 10 porcelain veneers on the upper teeth with an option of placing veneers on the lower front teeth as well if they show when smiling.Lip enhancements and any other facial enhancements should be considered after final placement of the veneers.

yes, You can get a wide beautiful smile. But I am not getting the meaning of your statement "temporary braces" Please explain what is that. I do not know anything about 'temporary braces'.
