It's been about 3 years. I'm 600cc on each one. I am not able to wear a bikini top or a bra that shows off because my areola will always show! I feel like my nipples are too high. What can I do about this?
Answer: Nipples too high, 3 years after Breast Augmentation, what can I do about this? Thank you for your question and pictures. Sorry to hear you are not happy with your results. I would echo what other surgeons on here have already commented. The nipple position never changed. The implant has stretch out the lower pole of the breast which is common with larger implants over time. Lowering nipple is possible but often comes with additional unsightly scarring that is not desirable. Raising the implant up in the pocket will give the appearance of the nipple being lower on the breast mound but will not actually change the nipple position. I would agree that at this point, you would do best to hold steady and wait until a revision would be desired to consider doing anything.Best of luck!

Answer: Leave these breasts alone Although you may not like the look, it is a good outcome and anything you do may make things worse.

Answer: May be beginning to bottom out Your nipples have not moved. It's the lower part of your breasts that are stretching over time so the implants sit a bit lower. Nothing very abnormal here, and a bit of this stretching is expected, especially with large implant. Some time from now this may become worse or your implants may need replacement, then revision surgery will be needed.

Answer: Nipples too high, 3 years after Breast Augmentation, what can I do about this? I know this is not the answer you want but I would recommend you change your choice of bras and swimwear. You implants do ride just a little bit low and raising them some would help with your areolas popping out but honestly that type of surgery is quite difficult and may not be successful. The other option would be for you to downsize a bit and have your inframammary fold raised a bit at the same time but again this is tricky.Overall you have a nice result and I think a little more coverage with your bras and bikini tops will solve your problem.

Answer: No correction needed Anything you try to lower the nipples will involve scars and the result looks well withing normal. I'd just adjust clothing choices and skip surgery as you will be sad from that result.
