There are four variables that determine what someone’s looks like. These are skin laxity, excess subcutaneous fat, muscle separation from previous pregnancies called diastasis recti and lastly excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat.
Skin laxity and muscle separation are best treated with a full tummy tuck. Visceral fat can only be lost to weight loss. Excess subcutaneous fat can be lost to weight loss or exercise.
To get a flat abdomen you need a full tummy tuck.
Weight loss can slim things down substantially but weight loss will not address skin laxity or muscle separation.
A full Tummy tuck is a major procedure and is not cheap.
I would not waste money on nonsurgical options which tends to not deliver much of anything.

In order to ssess what is best treatment for your abdome you would need to consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon. The photo suggests that there is an increase in fat and also skin losseness. It would have to be determined whether liposuction alone or whether a mini or full Tummy Tuck are needed. Your body is not just some garment where you can opt for the cheapest garment. You need to have the most appropriate treatment. And, be careful!. Ofetn at times, patients who are just concerned about cost end up going someplace where they get inappropriate treament and end up throwing money ot or worse.
