Can I drink alcohol later on tonight? I just finish getting a crown on my top last teeth in the back.

I would suggest seeing a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Today there are many oral surgeons who also have MD degrees as well as a DDS or DMD. I think this sort of specialist would be able to treat you best.
