Are there any vitamin supplements that i can take to help and aid in recovery after bone and screw implant?

there are currently no medications you can take to help make bone or implants integrate into your jaw faster or better. The only thing that helps is when the procedure is performed, that they use your own bone and your own fibrin (draw your blood from your arm, spin it there in the office and use it as a membrane to hold the bone in place).

Vitamin C promotes collagen synthesis, which helps healing at any stage of healing that
 you are.
On the other hand
"The flipper" is a bad idea the compression that causes the same apparatus and the mastication can cause the loss of the bone graft.
