I lost one of my front tooth 17 years ago and i just recently had a bone graft and the screw placed , currently i'm wearing a flipper (which I hate), Aside from the proper hygiene are there any vitamins that can help the bone to bond and heal. I'm mostly worried about the bone graft.

U can go for implant any time after extraction. but ideal recommendation is immediate [if possible] or after 3 months . otherwise with time bone starts resorption and additional bone augmentation surgery may require .
