Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) side effect - can it cause brain cancer?

Hello doctors I want to make scalp micropigmentation for my baldness but i have seen some reviews say that they got cancer in the brain. Would like to ask for your advices if this scalp can make brain cancer or not?
