Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) side effect - can it cause brain cancer?

Hello doctors I want to make scalp micropigmentation for my baldness but i have seen some reviews say that they got cancer in the brain. Would like to ask for your advices if this scalp can make brain cancer or not?

There has been no association between SMP and cancer of any type. I look to the literature for such reports and I have seen none.
