I am so sorry to hear about your experience.  At this point, you will need local wound care until this area heals.  There are various ways to provide wound care.  Your doctor should guide you. 

This will potentially scar but you can spied up the healing by washing the wound and applying Manuka honey.Expect 2-3 week healing time and probable color change that may be permanent.
