Will hair grow back after laser hair removal on eyebrows?

I was getting laser hair removal on my face and I told the technician not to get too close to my eyebrows since they are already thin. She took off more on one eyebrow than the other. Will my hair grow back? This looks horrible.

It is a small area and the skin is sensitive so shaving is a good option.However laser is doable but will cause redness and swelling and a tear spot is recommended

It is appropriate to have the hair shaved before laser.  This prevents burns on the skin from the laser targeting the hair above the skin instead of below the skin (where the root is - the target).  It would be best if you shaved this at home the day of or day before laser to avoid any...
