I made hair removal on the bikini area as well as the underarms 5 days ago and since then the skin feels numb, less sensation is felt specially in the bikini area. I want to know if this is permenant or temporary and if temporary when will it be normal again.. Noting that am 23 years old.

The question that you asked is it would affect the treatment of hair growth. It shouldn't, exfoliating is for the skin and does not go deep into the skin where hair follicles are located in the skin. Exfoliating right after laser hair removal can make the area more sensitive and red.
