Why do my obliques look big after tummy tuck? Will I need a revision? (Photos)

Hi, i had a tummy tuck 8 months ago but my obliques look very weird. It's because i had a bed tummy tuck or is this normal? I also got an umbilical hernia repair and i still have a bulge around my belly button. Im desperate. I already talk to my Dr and he send me to get an ultrasound but ill like an extra opinion. Thank you
