Is it recommended for a dentist to perform two crowns that are next to each other on the same day?

Or is it preferred to do and complete one crown first, and then come back and do the 2nd crown on a different day. The two teeth (#2, and #3) that need crown are right next to each other .

Hi:It’s recommended to do the two crowns together rather each one at a time.  There will be better color match and less trauma to the area.Best,Dr. Maddahi

There is no specific reason or preference except the convenience, for example being numb in that area only once, being careful using that area w/ temp crown(s), number of appointments, less time,....
