I have a hole in my septum. It doesn't cause me much hassle but it has changed the appearance of my nose - it now has a depression in it and looks almost like 'saddle nose'. Doctors have offered me a septal button to close the hole. I'm wondering if this would improve the appearance of my nose by supporting it so it droops less? Thanks in advance.
