Due to your young age I'd suggest a temporary (1 - 2 year duration) filler (Voluma or Restylane Lyft) to your midface.  This is a very common procedure with no/minimal recovery, no need for anesthesia, and relatively low cost.

These questions should always be directed to your treating physician.  While infections are rare in these situations they can be quite serious.  Call your doctor today!It is normal to have some swelling which should slowly resolve over a few weeks post-operatively.

You are freshly postop from an operation designed to make your hips bigger. Tighter is what happens and discomfort as well. In a few days swelling will begin to subside and your discomfort as well. Talk to your surgeon.  That person will help adjust pain meds to help with your present discomfort.

Are massages necessary after liposuction with fat transfer?

I am not sure that massages are absolutely necessary but are recommended after fat transfer and liposuction.  But this treatment may be helpful in evening out the transferred fat, reducing the possibility of lumpiness, and improving the "take" of the fat.
