Hello, thank you for your question regarding eye wrinkles and microneedling. My first recommendation is Botox. Botox will help to drastically reduce these lines. Most of these lines/wrinkles would be addressed by just injecting the crow's feet area (the lateral aspect outside the orbital rim). Small amounts of Botox can even be injected (very superficially) into the creases under the eye itself. Additionally, I would recommend microneedling and also a hydrating eye cream (use it morning and night). I hope this helps!

Botox can be used to improve wrinkles around the eye. Deeper wrinkles need a combination approach with Botox and lasers, microneedling/prp and fillers. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

For your particular case i would suggest a combination modality:1. CO2 resurfacing, maybe 3 to 4 sessiones2. Microbotox for the undereye area (it's a special dilution of neuromodulator, different than the one used for treating dynamic wrinkles)3. Skin boosters, 3 sessions
