Hello, thank you for your question regarding eye wrinkles and microneedling. My first recommendation is Botox. Botox will help to drastically reduce these lines. Most of these lines/wrinkles would be addressed by just injecting the crow's feet area (the lateral aspect outside the orbital rim). Small amounts of Botox can even be injected (very superficially) into the creases under the eye itself. In this particular case, Botox can be used for the visible crow's feet lines to the sides and a series of in-office superficial peels accompanied by the at-home daily use of topical medications, such as retinoids or glycolic acid can be quite helpful for addressing the crepey, crinkly skin seen there.
