The lines are almost certainly related to filler treatment. Some of the filler lip filler could be dissolved which will improve these lines. You could also wait for the filler to dissolve on its own and these lines will resolve. In some cases, a softer hyaluronic acid filler like Restylane Silk could be injected into these lines to soften them.

Hi Laura and thanks for the question.
These lines are almost certainly from your lip filler. It looks like some of the volume/filler has crept out well beyond the vermilion border and onto your top lip (the pink bit). This will create creases at the edges of the new volume. The options are: 
1. Fill these creases with a softer filler but this will continue to add volume to the upper lip and is likely to result in you looking "over filled".
2. Dissolve some of the volume from the upper ip. This will work well in rekoivng these creases but you will lose some of the volume of your lip and so it depends on how you feel about this.
3. Wait it out as these creases will disappear as your existing filler disappears over time. It is difficult to know how long this will take without knowing what products have been used so far.
