Vision blurry in one eye after Lasik

Only one month
after LASIK, it is common for vision to fluctuate. Be patient, allow your eyes to heal fully (around three
months), and see where you end up.
If your vision in the right eye remains blurry over the next week or so,
and it is bothersome, visit your surgeon so they can determine if there’s any
problem with the healing, or if you simply may need an enhancement procedure
once fully healed and stabilized.

Blurry vision could be a result of dryness of eyes. LASIK can't be responsible for blurry vision. There could be various reasons for blurry vision. you may wait for one or two days to see if the blurry vision gets healed on its own. In case the problem exists then you should undergo examination of Cornea.
