At two months out you are likely pretty much on the road to be healed. Even though you should not smoke at all, I doubt it would impact you now unless you have to tissue that is susceptible to fat necrosis.

The metabolites in marijuana can have consequences for healing of the surgical wound so it is inadvisable to smoke it at this time. You should be forthright about your use of it with your plastic surgeon.

Although marijuana smoking may not have the levels of nicotine and carbon monoxide of cigarettes which does so much damage to the blood supply of fresh incisions, it is certainly not without risks of delaying your healing.
