Hello! In response to your question, is it safe to have microdermabrasion and LED therapy while taking doxycycline, the answer is yes, it is safe. If your skin is feeling sensitive, it may be because you are using topical treatments as part of your treatment regimen. Be cautious of microdermabrasion if your skin feels sensitive as that can be pretty irritating. If your using a trentinoin (or Retin A) at night, you probably don't need microdermabrasion at this time, as you are already getting quite a bit of exfoliation in your daily routine. Hope all goes well for you!Sincerely,Gerard Nat, M.D. Downey, CA
