What's the possibility of hypopigmentation treatment (FUE scarring) with microneedling? (Photos)

Question

I had a bad hair transplant. So I've been researching microneedling for white scars and have found good results. I have pale skin and hope to camouflage scars as best as possible and I do not want SMP. I have found no studies of repigmentation on scalp and was wondering if any doctors had advises on this. Growing hair out a non option.
