21, is Renuvion skin tightening & facial liposuction a good option for me?

Question

After my jaw surgery, my face got a lot smaller because a lot of bone was cut. Now I have slightly excess skin and facial fat than I did before and all of it is compressed. I want a tighter face with less fat. Is renuvion with facial liposuction a good option for me? I am 21 but I'm planning to get the procedure when im 24

If you’ve had previous facial surgery, then I suggest including proper before and after pictures in order for us to make a quality assessment. I don’t see the need for facial Liposuction, nor do I see any indication for Renuvion treatment.
Removing facial fat can be a big mistake and once it’s gone, it’s very difficult to put back.
I see no need for surgical intervention.
