Which vitamin tablets can I use along with minoxidil solution 5%?

I am 38 and suffering from severe hair loss and baldness And i just started to apply minoxidil5% So could advise me which vitamin tablets can I use along with minoxidil solution ? And what dosage can i intake ? Pls suggest if biotin 10mg will help?

Besides Minoxidil 5% you can use multivitamin and biotin tablets to support and stimulate the hair growth

Hello and thank you for your question. There isn’t ill effects from vitamins while taking Minoxidil. Biotin is good as well as Vitamin D3. A full blood panel will reveal which vitamins you are deficient in. Best wishes. Dr. T
