It sounds too good to be true. My teeth aren't that crooked and my bite is fine but I have read a lot and all dentists say that it needs at least 1 year.

Make an appointment to see your orthodontist. Bring your retainer and have them evaluate the fit of the retainer and if wearing it will help move the tooth back into position
