4 months sounds a bit short looking at the photos. Most cases require more than 6 months to obtain alignment and a proper bite. Also retainers are generally recommended for a lifetime use or else you risk your teeth shifting again
Make an appointment to see your orthodontist. Bring your retainer and have them evaluate the fit of the retainer and if wearing it will help move the tooth back into position
