Answer: If you are having issues after surgery, you should contact your doctor.
Hair transplant surgery is not about "how many grafts" you need, but about how a doctor can match your goals and expectations. If you are considering surgery it is best to see a doctor for an examination and consultation.
If you are prone to getting keloids you will have to understand any cut on your scalp may cause keloids. You can still have a hair transplant (or any other surgery). You just have to accept the risk of keloids.
Facial hair growth is a genetic trait. If you have very little facial hair there isn't much you can do to increase the growth (other than a hair transplant surgery).
