My facial hair grows back fast(after tweezing). Can I reduce the time interval between my laser hair removal treatments? (Photo)

I suffer from hirsutism and I am taking medication for that. I had ineffective laser hair removal treatment in past but now that I am on meds I have been told that it could be effective this time so I am giving it a go. Everyone says to wait for 4 to 6 weeks between treatments so I have 2 questions -I tweezer my face now and my hair grows out every third day. Should I keep the interval between my treatments shorter? -and what to do with hair that grows in between treatments like should I shave?
