It is always important to discuss with your surgeon any drugs, supplements and out-of-the ordinary foods during the surgical time, including recovery. Good nutrition is very important and avoiding things that might interfere with healing or increase bleeding  is crucial. Foods high in garlic, ginseng, & ginkgo biloba...for example..can alter clotting. Also flavonoid -rich foods like chocolate and red wine have   sometimes been associated with blood thinning properties. Most supplements are probably safe but read the labels.  

If you are a healthy young patient as described, then a dietary supplement like Ensure won't really help you. Your normal diet gives you all the nutrition and crucial elements you need for successful surgery.

Ensure will not cause you any issues. The arnica and bromelain can significantly decrease bruising. Make sure that you ice your nose and eyes generously after surgery and sleep with your head elevated.

You shouldn't have any issues with your diet interfering with your rhinoplasty recovery.Good Luck with your diet!

I think you are better off just eating healthy than looking for extra calories from Ensure.  Good luck with the healing process.

Consuming Ensure one day after a rhinoplasty should not cause any problems. It may facilitate your recovery.
