I had a full TT with muscle repair on May 5 2017. I feel like there is extra fat left, unevenness, fat pockets and my belly button is dark inside. My scar is high and my dr address that and said he can lower it in office under local. Also do I have dog ears? Is there anything I cN do non surgical at this point? Any comments or suggestions would be grateful

Looking at your photos, I understand your concerns. There are things that your surgeon may wish to do to improve your ultimate result. But that's not for today. I would strongly advise waiting until at least six months have elapsed before doing anything invasive. You might consider scar treatment at this point to reduce scar hypertrophy. My preference is silicone sheeting or creams. Good luck.

well you are still in the healing period, should be massaging daily with some pressure, using sunblocks etc. If after 4-5 months, the scar is still red,lasers and laser delivered meds such as 5FU may help. See your doctor for choices for your case .

If you feel that you still have extra fat under the abdominal flap, then perhaps liposuction would be beneficial. Non-surgical methods are not very effective.
