Thank you for your question and photograph. A common side effect of Accutane is dry skin, and at times, the dryness can be severe, which may lead to eczema like rashes. Heavy emollient creams, such as Cerave cream or Cetaphil cream, may be helpful. But if the rashes persists, then a prescription steroid cream may be needed. There are many factors that affect libido including hormones. You can increase your libido with several FDA approved medications including Vylessi and Addyi for women. Testosterone can work too but can increase your risk of acne again.
While on accutane you should be doing significant skincare, peels monthly and at home dermarolling weekly (see link). vitamins shouldn't affect your accutane. I would not take the vitamins at the same time as the medication so it doesnt affect absorption. Best, Dr. Emer.
