I am a female, 74 kgs and 5’7. I have got extreme itchy rashes on my chin and neck. Need Remedies

Thank you for your question and photograph. A common side effect of Accutane is dry skin, and at times, the dryness can be severe, which may lead to eczema like rashes. Heavy emollient creams, such as Cerave cream or Cetaphil cream, may be helpful. But if the rashes persists, then a prescription steroid cream may be needed. I highly recommend you consult with your dermatologist to evaluate your skin and to discuss appropriate treatment options. Take care and good luck.
