There are many factors that affect libido including hormones. You can increase your libido with several FDA approved medications including Vylessi and Addyi for women. Testosterone can work too but can increase your risk of acne again.

While on accutane you should be doing significant skincare, peels monthly and at home dermarolling weekly (see link). vitamins shouldn't affect your accutane. I would not take the vitamins at the same time as the medication so it doesnt affect absorption. Best, Dr. Emer.
