Medpor wraparound jaw implant revision - shave down or replace? (Photo)

I had gotten a Medpor wraparound jaw implant, however it is too wide for my face. The bigonial width is larger than the bizygomatic width. Additionally, one side is wider than the other and the gonian is higher up on my face. 1) Can the medpor implant be shaved down / trimmed to reduce width WITHOUT compromising angularity and definition? 2) What is the recovery for shaving down / trimming a wraparound jaw implant? 3) Are there any advantages replacing the Medpor implant instead?

Although your words are clear, their meaning could easily be misunderstood. Are you saying you'd like to have a higher jaw angle? Your example picture (person) has a different shape overall. Perhaps you want to vertically increase the height of your chin and achieve the "angular" look you like....
