Any way to increase a low gonial angle? (Photo)

Hi there male 23 i have a low gonial angle most likely lower the 120 and low gonions. I was wondering if there was any way to give me a more angular triangle enlonged look rather then short low angle i have.

Although your words are clear, their meaning could easily be misunderstood.
Are you saying you'd like to have a higher jaw angle? Your example picture (person) has a different shape overall. Perhaps you want to vertically increase the height of your chin and achieve the "angular" look you like. 
Reviewing the different possibilities and working on a design that will more likely remedy your aesthetic concerns is essential.
