Will jaw implants affect the singing voice?

I am a professional singer who is considering getting jaw implants (inserted through the mouth). Just wanted to know if these kinds of implants would change my voice in any way. Thank You

As you know, when you feel good, you naturally sing better. Although the implants will not affect your vocal cords or even the resonance of your voice, if you love how your implants make you look, you might feel more confident and thus be able to sing even nicer. 
One of the more sound approaches to preventing implant complications is choosing custom implants. Since your looks will be on stage and will be scrutinized, it would be worth looking into getting custom implants for optimum aesthetic results.
