I did push ups 3 days after my rhinoplasty and hit nose, will this effect my results?

the nose is delicate after a rhinoplasty. exercise should be avoided for 3 wks to prevent swelling that might take a long time to resolve and contact sports including hitting nose while doing push ups should be avoided for at least 6 wks. you may have change the course of your recovery. unfortunately there is not a lot that can be done about it now, but you should get to see your surgeon to ask.

I am curious that you were exercising after surgery. Most surgeons tell their patients to avoid exercise for several weeks after surgery to minimize the risk of bleeding. Best to discuss with your surgeon.

You may have caused damage to your nose. An exam by your Plastic Surgeon is needed to make that determination. For recovery and the best results, you should follow the post operative instructions of your Plastic Surgeon.
