Not really. The Panorex just shows bone and teeth. It doesn't show cartilage or skin, so it is not very helpful in evaluating breathing problems. Sometimes you might be able to see if the septum is deviated but even that is not as helpful as looking in someone's nose and taking a careful history. Your panorex shows a wire or nose ring or something on one side of the nose. You cannot tell from the xray if it is on outside or inside of face by looking at this image.
