Can you detach the belly button stalk from the muscle wall and leave it like that? I can't stand after TT bc of bb

-Drainless TT, no hernia, no pregnanies, dr said mesh would have dissolved, not informed beforehand, 4.5 yrs later and still can't stand, can't stretch out to sleep, not fully functional bc belly button FEELS LIKE A BALL OF CEMENT that makes my abdominal wall feel too short for my body. -Stretching does NOTHING, massages and physio didn't help either. -Constant lower back pain now, had zero back pain before surgery -How can this be fixed? How to remove scar tissue? Sutures?
