Hi there - I got Dermapen 24 hours ago and I have some rather aggressive needle marks on my face. Will these go away? Very worried it will cause some scarring! Please help!

Ideally you should ask your dermatologist or plastics who performed this procedure as they know the depth, and the passes together with the lubricant used during the procedure. All we know is that you have skin that is red, with compromise of the epidermis. Wound care at this time is paramount....
