You may want to consider fat grafting to the face or dermal fillers with combination of botulinism toxin like xeomen, botox,jeaveu..I like the rha fillers that have fda approval for the perioral area specifically for dynamic muscle movement.

The treatment would be filler injections. I will say that, despite the lines, you have a terrific smile and I don’t see this as aging, more in the vein of “happy lines”.  In terms of permanence, this isn’t sometime I would recommend for surgical intervention at this time. Best wishes!
