What is the best way to get rid of this ? I’m not sure if it’s fat or fluid. Is there anyway filler or something non invasive came smooth out my under eye?

In order to determine the best treatments for the under eye area, it is important to receive a professional assessment of your face as well as the undereye area specifically. Sometimes it can be a combination of fat and fluid, not just one or the other. However, a radiofrequency procedure such as Morpheus, Sylfirm, Scarlet, or Thermage is a great way to tighten the skin under the eyes, which will help reduce the appearance of both fluid and fat. If it is fat, the Agnes RF treatment may be the way to go. Filler placed incorrectly under the eyes can lead to some poor results, so in our practice we typically will look to other options first. First it needs to be determined if it is fluid or fat.  If it is fluid it may be an allergic reaction that would improve with diet changes or medication.  If it is fat you can consider surgery in the form of a lower blepharoplasty to address it.  You can also temporarily improve it with under eye filler.

I think your under eye does not look so bad but I don't think dermal filler in the undereye is the direction you want to go try seeing if you can lift the cheeks first with dermal filler alot of times eyes look sunken because there is atrophy of the cheeks
