I'm currently really struggling with my appearance. Always have. I'm eager to get a professional opinion on what should be done because the longer I stare I feel like I just need everything. Any Advice as to what procedure I should proceed with or what I may need to create a bit more symmetry? Unsure how one day I can also look semi decent and the next not find a good thing about myself. Overall seeking to look more pleasing to the eye.
