There are small lumps (the size of a dime) under my jawline on both sides. They have always been there. It is not fat. I have low body fat and have already had chin lipo (because I thought it was fat). I guess this is just how my neck is structured, the muscles or salivary glands, I am not sure. Without them, I could have such a nice jawline. I have a relatively small jaw, but I do not want implants. There are many people with the same size of a jaw and definition. Is there a way to fix this?
