What can be done to reduce the appearance of a sharp edge around the inner corners of my eyes? (photos)

I'm a young female with an inherited problem - there is a sharp edge at the rims of orbital bones. I wish this area could be nicely smoothed out. I underwent upper blepharoplasty but only for excess skin (otherwise eyelids could be barely visible) and I'd prefer not to have it repeated as I'm afraid of scarring. Is it possible and safe to tight the skin of this area with melting fat and at the same time thicken the skin exactly at the rim to get rid of sharp edge with blue color?
