Do I have a canthal web and what can be done to correct it? (photos)

I had upper and lower blepharoplasty with midface lift performed through the inside of the lower eyelid 1/2 years ago. Two questions: 1) Is this considered a canthal web, lateral? 2) what (if anything) can be done to fix this?

Unilateral, or one sided surgery, is possible to perform. I would consult with a surgeon skilled in eyelid surgery as there are many factors to consider in the asymmetry. Surgeons need to review the movement of the forehead muscle, the eye muscles, the volume around the eyes and skin.
