Zirconia bridge was only cemented to my implants, it broke in half. Is this dental implant malpractice?

Hi. I have been absolutely botched by implant dentistry. Three years ago, i had several bridges and wantes them all to match (color, etc). Long story short, they wound up extracting ALL remaining teeth and THEN made me pay roughly 41,000.00. I havent been able to eat or talk properly for 3 years! The "zirconia" bridge up top was ONLY Cemented to my implants!! It broke in half and now they want ANOTHER 10k to fix THEIR mistake! Advice??
