Is it safe to have a fraxel laser treatment after a facelift? (Photo)

4 years ago I had a facelift. Two years later, I had an under eyelid operation and a yaq laser treatment. I felt I very fast developed wrinkles, big pores and sagging skin after the treatment and my skin looks tired and dull. Six years ago I had a very good fraxel laser treatment. And I was thinking that could help on my skin now, but I am afraid to damage it more.

I agree those two treatments would be helpful.Since ingrown hairs are the source of your issues, I would recommend starting with laser hair removal first and then proceeding with Fraxel

This is normal - the full resolution will depend on how aggressive your treatment was and which wavelength was used. That you have olive skin means you have a higher risk of post treatment hyper-pigmentation. If you were not pre-treated with a pigment suppressor prior to your Fraxel laser,...

I suggest posting photos.  I think you need to see someone who is an expert in lasers and treating dark skin types.  You need a good lightening skin protocol but this can only be recommended with an in person consultation.  Best, Dr. Emer.
