I am suffering from cough and nasal discharge afer 1 month of post operation of septoplasty ... Plz recommend me what I suppose to do ...

Symptoms like these are best explored via careful history and a thorough physical exam. Return to your surgeon or seek out a qualified physician for an evaluation.  That being said, post nasal drip is very common for several weeks following septoplasty.

A pleasant day to you.  A post nasal drip after any kind is not unusual after any nasal proceedure.  The cough may be due to post nasal drip.  Continue the post operative instructions from your physician and discuss at your post operative appointment.  The things to consider calling sooner would include fever or foul smelling discharge.  Feel better.
