Thank you for your question.  Latisse is FDA approved for eyelashes.  Typically the lashes appear longer in a month, thicker the next month, and darker after that.  Use in other places is considered "off-label."  There is now literature that supports eyebrow regrowth.  We have also seen that clinically in our practice.  Sometimes Minoxidil can help.  For cases with severe over plucking, a hair transplant may be an effective option.Jeffrey J. If you picked or tweezed your eyebrows enough, it may never grow back.  There are no oils or medications to "thicken" eyebrow hairs.

There are no studies that support the use of vitamin E as a growth promoter for hair. I have never seen a patient that I've been convinced vitamin E helped their hair. I have seen patients where vitamin E caused allergy. All in all, there is no role for vitamin E. 

Tweezing the eyebrows can cause traction alopecia and produce permanent hair loss in the eyebrow. I strongly recommend against this. Cutting the eyebrow shorter will not damage the growth center for eyebrow hair. Vitamin E will not impact eyebrow hair growth.
