19F, I am obese and in the process of losing weight. I also have acne scars from acne bec of PCOS. Is it okay to get treated for acne scars when you're losing weight? I presume that lasers and mnrf etc do have a healing time and idk how that is affected by a calorie deficit, and acne scar healing is just leveraging the bodies immune response. I don't want to make the scars worse. However, I would like to get the scars treated early as collagen just decreses with age. Thank you!
