Should I do another C02 laser session or switch to another treatment? (photos)

I had CO2 laser done on my left temple four months ago. I received a total of two treatments so far with some improvement I was rated at 40% to 60%. I am undergoing treatment for post inflammatory hyperpigmentation at the moment but I wonder if I still want further improvement should I do more laser sessions or switch to another treatment and if so please let me know which ones?

​Hyperpigmentation of any kind needs a combination approach of peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (EmerageSkin roller with anteage AERIFY MD ampules weekly,; lasers like Clear + Brilliant, Aerolase or Laser Genesis; radiofrequency like Venus Viva; and constant skin care and sun protection. Bimonthly facials with SilkPeel DermalInfusion are essential to hydrate, exfoliate and infuse vitamins and antioxidants into the skin. If you have acne you can do additional treatments and peels to get more improvement. Hypopigmentation will need more of an evaluation and possibly additional lasers to get improvement. Subcision, which I have been performing routinely for elevating and smoothing all kinds of indented scars (e.g. boxcar & rolling scars) since 1994, is a relatively inexpensive technique that has a proven record of safety and efficacy in all skin types and engenders little to no significant post-treatment downtime. Need I say more?  Be sure to consult with an experienced board certified cosmetic dermatologist with experience in subcision. As so many are invested in pushing this or that faddish fraxel laser or RF device, you must be especially diligent in your vetting process. Hope this helps and best of luck.
