Since you are having orthodontics procedure done, your dentist can help you with this issue NOW, if for some reason he can not bring your upper teeth shown , then you can have surgical intervention, which I do not recommend, since it is Invasive. Hello Rashmi,Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your smile. I would suggest consulting a plastic surgeon that specializes in facial surgery. The answer is in diagnosis and what is contributing to it most. There are basically three options based on what is the major cause:1. Restorative- such as veneers2. Orthodontics- to reposition teeth and align them better3. Surgical- Jaw surgery to reposition the upper jaw (done in maxillary hypoplasia). Not to be ruled out, just because it is surgery and invasive. If it is the right answer, then it should be considered.A combination of these treatments is not uncommon. A collaboration between a good restorative dentist, orthodontist, and oral surgeon will help to find the right answer for you.Dr. Kazemi
