My doctor told me that my bite is correct but when i close my mouth there is no space between uper and lower teeth from inside,so they tend to touch and wear of on inside.I dont want to get braces because they are expensive and they take too long to see results. He also suggested that i could have a mouth guard , which i prefer. If i get a mouth guard is it better to have bonding after some time or straight away?I really want to fix them because i feel really embarassed.
