There would be no cost benefit to you, if you try to find a dentist to reattach the same bonding that fell off; it would be much better to have the bonding on that tooth simply redone. The typical cost for cosmetic bonding ranges from about $150-$350 per tooth, depending on your region of the country.I suggest going to a qualified cosmetic dentist to have the bonding redone, if you decide to stay with bonding. You will inevitably have to have that same bonding redone several times in your lifetime, and it will cost you each time. It is much more cost efficient and structurally sound to have your a dentist correct your tooth using porcelain (e.g., porcelain veneer, porcelain crown, porcelain inlay or only) because it should last 20 to 30 years, if decent oral hygiene is maintained. Good luck and I hope this helps. Follow me if you have more questions.Sarah Thompson, DMD

I would go back to your dentist and pay the money, which is a couple of hundred dollars, and have it bonded again. It will last a long time if you take good care of it! You also can keep your natural tooth! Your other options are a porcelain crown or veneer. These procedures are more expensive than the bonding. The choice is yours!

I have done cases exactly like this, resulting in a closed space with teeth that are the normal width. It is easier if the clinician that does the orthodontics is also the one removing the bonding, but I would not trust Invisalign to do this case. You should use traditional brackets....
This can be done one of three ways.....Using dental bonding, porcelain veneer, or a full coverage porcelain crown. I would go with dental bonding first to save on tooth structure allowing your bite will not interfere or cause the bonding to fail prematurely. Dental bonding will also be the least...
