I had fillers/Botox done yesterday and I don't see a huge difference, when might I see a HUGE difference?

You will notice a difference with your botox treatment after about 4-7 days and 2 weeks for the final result. Generally fillers are instant results but then take about 2 weeks for the swelling to subside and the product to settle for the final results.

You should
expect to see some initial results from you Botox treatment by 7-10 days, with
your maximal results by 14 days. With filler, you will see your initial results
immediately after your treatment, and by 7-14 days, you will see your final
results.

The onset of effect of Botox after it is injected is approximately 3-5 days for most patients.  In some cases it may take up to 2 weeks to see the full results.  Results from filler can be seen immediately that there is usually some swelling associated with filler injections.  It can take 1-2 weeks before the final outcomes can be judged.

Botox will take anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks to start to work. With filler, you should have an immediate result. It may be a case in which you need another syringe of filler. I would suggest going back to your physician and discussing your concerns.

Fillers typically give immediate results depending on which one you had injected.  It may take up to 2 weeks to see the results of the Botox.  If you are unhappy with only a subtle improvement, I suggest going back to your physician and discussing your unhappiness.  Typically, the expectations of treatment are discussed at the consultation and my patients know exactly what to expect from treatment and the results.  I always under treat, and if more is needed, we make further improvements at the following visit.  I wish you the best, Dr. Emer.
